At Crown & Vault, every timepiece in our collection is carefully curated, inspected, and authenticated before being offered for sale. Because of the high value and rarity of luxury watches, our return policy is designed to protect both the integrity of our inventory and our customers.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the watch must be:

Unworn and in the same condition received

Free from scratches, wear signs, or tampering

Returned with all original packaging, tags, links, accessories, and boxes

Returned with any documentation provided (authenticity cards, service papers, etc.)
Watches that show any wear, strap resizing, removal of links, or mechanical tampering are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

Approval is required before shipping any return.

3. Shipping Watches Back

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Buyer must ship using insured, trackable, signature-required shipping.

Insurance must cover the full purchase value of the watch.
Crown & Vault is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.

4. Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
The following are non-refundable:

Payment processing fees (if applicable)
If the watch is returned not in its original condition, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

5. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and not eligible for return:

Discounted or promotional items

Custom-ordered or special-sourced watches

Watches that have been serviced or modified at customer request

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once a tracking number has been issued, the purchase is considered final.

7. Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch is inspected and authenticated through our internal evaluation process or qualified watch experts.
If your watch is proven inauthentic by a verified third-party watchmaker, Crown & Vault will issue a full refund upon documentation and return of the watch in original condition.
