Crown & Vault (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells curated luxury pre-owned and inherited watches. We are not affiliated with any watch manufacturers or brands referenced on our website. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

2. Authenticity

Every timepiece sold by Crown & Vault is inspected and authenticated by our internal evaluation process and/or qualified horologists/watch experts we partner with.
However, Crown & Vault is not an authorized dealer of any brand.

By purchasing from us, buyers acknowledge that pre-owned watches may contain wear consistent with age and prior ownership. All product listings attempt to describe condition as accurately as possible.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products

Cancel orders due to pricing error

Correct inaccuracies even after an order is placed

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout.
We accept payment through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).

Crown & Vault does not store credit card or payment details.
All payments are subject to processor verification and approval.

5. Shipping

We ship only within the United States.
Shipping times provided are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature and value of luxury watches, all return eligibility, timeframes, and restocking fees should be referenced on our “Returns & Warranty” policy page.

If no additional policy exists, use this default:

Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery if the watch is unused, unaltered, and in identical condition to delivery.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

The watch shows wear, tampering, or part removal

Serial numbers or security stickers are altered

Packaging or included accessories are missing

7. Warranty

Pre-owned watches are sold as-is, unless otherwise indicated.
Manufacturer warranties may no longer apply.

Any third-party service, appraisal, or repair voids support from Crown & Vault unless previously approved in writing.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the site or interfere with functionality

Attempt to obtain unauthorized access

Use the website for fraudulent or deceptive activity

9. Limitation of Liability

Crown & Vault is not liable for:

Damage caused by misuse, wear, or neglect

Service delays or carrier-related damages

Loss resulting from inaccurate information on the site

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability will not exceed the price of the product purchased.
